I did not.get this rug. Have not communicated with anyone about this rug in months!!!! Overall rating would be a -10. When I go to the store I get someone that tries to smooth everything over or they look at me like I am crazy for making a purchase at the store., which is the real thing! I really need some of the items because the match other things or I would just cancel all!!!

Couldn't be happier! I was hesitant about purchasing this rug online based on the website pictures which made it look very dull. I'm happy I took the chance because the pictures do not do this rug justice! I love how thick and soft the rug is. The grey in the rug is a perfect complement to the pale blue walls in my room and the cream color is luxurious and provides the perfect understated backdrop to all of the wood in my room.

The rug is very plush and comfortable to walk on. However, it has varying color from one side to the other. Any half of the rug is dark and the other half very light. We are donating it to charity and Ashley is supposed to replace it. We are still waiting for the replacement.

This rug is everything I hoped it would be. It is soft and plush and I can easily vacuum it.

This rug has a little bit longer pile than most I've bought which makes it luxurious and oh so soft, but it's definitely not shag. It vacuums well has a vintage cottage vibe which works great with my Ashley Marsilona dining table set. Colors are cream, gray, charcoal and a little bit of taupe.
