I just received my cooktop and it was installed yesterday. It is beautiful and works well. I am looking forward to using for the upcoming holidays. Heats up quickly and so far very easy to clean. I bought this cooktop to replace my fridgidaire cooktop and wanted something without knobs as I have 4 small children. This lg cooktop has been a breeze to operate and heats up 10x faster than my old one! Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Despite manual specifying what size of pots/pans should be used on which burners, I've been able to have at least 3 large pots/pans all cooking at once.. Visionquest1928. Southern California.
