Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. I actually enjoy this vacuum very much! The lights in the front are surprisingly bright, especially in the dark. I tend to be very fast so after maybe two times going over the same spot everything is picked up. I love that it’s super easy to clean and the attachments are great too! The convenience of removing it 3 different lengths is awesome; the handle, medium for hard to reach spot, and the brushes for the floors. My only complaint is the battery. I’ve been lucky to have it vacuum my entire home (~1250 sq ft) just before it dies but I’ve noticed it’s slowly decreasing with time. I do have 4 pets (2 dogs/2 cats) so it could be I’m wearing it out fast especially when vacuuming loose litter my cats tend to leave around lol Either way I’m really satisfied with the product all together.. I got the Bissell big pet pro carpet cleaner works absolutely great very strong. The chambers are very big to hold soap and hole. Water is the best one I bought so far I bought the cheaper models and they just don’t hold up. This seems very commercial and I’m very happy with it with the price and the heaviness of the machine..
