Item appears to be defective wires and back of the unit is burnt out. Pump is defective. New pump came in after removing the old pump wiring is burnt. Need to speak to customer service immediately

UPDATE it’s now been 4 months and we are more frustrated than before. We have now paid more in plumbing costs than the actual price of this item. It’s unfortunate that Wayfair would not offer any sort of solution when it was defective from the start. We installed this with a professional plumber I. Our new build house and it’s been a problem since day 1 I rarely write reviews but rely on them heavily for purchases. If you are considering this product, buyer beware. You get what you pay for. Don’t do it. Wayfair should not be supporting the sale of this product. Original Review Bought this for our new build house. We installed it one month ago and it is completely defective. Leaking all over the place and a complete mess. We had a plumber install it and he’s been back twice since. It is not an installation or water line issue. It is a problem with the ice maker itself. Very disappointed in this product.

Great purchase!

Working good so far and still tweaking and learning to adjust the size of ice. Ice comes out in a sheet more often and doesn't break up into cubes which I would like for it to. Produces good ice so far though and was easy to install.

We purchased for a project that was put on hold. Unfortunately we did not open the box until a year later. No damage to the box but somehow the front was dented in two places. Buyer beware. Open right away. It appears the manufacturer is packaging dented goods.

This icemaker is awful, it’s been hooked up for two months, making ice effortlessly every single day, now every day is a struggle, we have to reboot it try and make it work and now it doesn’t make any ice at all and they’re telling us the install was a bad install, but WHY did work perfectly and make ice for the first two months? Buying ice at the grocery every day. please refer to the other one star reviews! Do not buy this machine!!!!!!!

Stopped making ice after 19 months...

Great unit for the price! drain is very close to the floor. Less than full depth cabinet gives room for drain.

We have had this ice maker for the past year and it is the most used appliance in the home aside from the fridge. We use it multiple times a day to fill our water bottles, to make smoothies and cocktails on the weekends. It is still working very well and makes ice so quickly that we can use ignore our coolers to take to the beach as well. We would definitely buy it again. Can’t live without it anymore.
