Customers find the product to be comfortable and stylish, with a clean, modern look. The chairs are described as beautiful and good-looking, and some appreciate the adjustable feet feature. While many found assembly to be easy, a few reviewers experienced difficulties with uneven legs or bolts not fitting properly, and some noted that screws need frequent tightening. There were also comments about a visible black Velcro cover under the seat.
