Parts came packaged incorrectly been waiting on replacement arms for weeks but just getting the runaround from Wayfair

Although the chairs themselves are nice, if you are looking for khaki cushions, these are not khaki. They have a pinkpeach tint to them. After sending pictures Wayfair even agreed the color was not khaki, offered replacement cushions, however they would be the same pinkpeach color. I asked if they would replace the cushions in a different color since these are not the color on their website, even offered to return these and purchase a new color separately. I paid for Wayfair professional assembly, therefore I could not return the chairs. Unfortunately after 3 failed Wayfair orders over the years with no resolution, I have learned my lesson and will no longer order from Wayfair.

Comfortable but the pillows are too big. They make your neck bend into an awkward position. Putting it together took time. We were missing a foot pad.
