Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. Works so good! Finally, a mop that washes itself as it cleans. My hardwood floors are not just water pushed around with a dirty mop, it rotates the brushes and rinses the mop. I got the Bissell big pet pro carpet cleaner works absolutely great very strong. The chambers are very big to hold soap and hole. Water is the best one I bought so far I bought the cheaper models and they just don’t hold up. This seems very commercial and I’m very happy with it with the price and the heaviness of the machine.. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner. I haven’t used it as of yet but I am so excited to get it unloaded and out of the box as soon as I get my carpet vacuumed really well furniture moved out and I’ll be off and cleaning with my new Hair Pro Pet Carpet Cleaner. Love that the detect light is now standard on the vacuum head, it is so helpful to see all the dog hair. The submarine head is so unique, I have never used a vacuum feature like it. I do think it would be perfect for anyone that does an every day wet mop, because it works best on lightly soiled areas.
