When the pieces started coming out of the box, I thought I had made a huge mistake. But as the coat rack came together, I was pleased with the ease of assembly and the overall look. Its very lightweight, but well engineered so that it has sturdiness from its wide center of gravity rather than heaviness. If you look closely at it, you can see the connective hardware (which tends to cheapen the appearance of all flat pack furniture), but it doesnt look bad once theres some stuff hanging on it. Its giving my entry a very cool, retro vibe.
