Nice comfortable seat. Seat height is easily adjustable. Footring is sturdy and adjustable, but can be prone to slowly slide down to lowest level if you put a lot of weight on it. Fine to use in the lowest position though.. Melinda. Sudbury, MA. Mon Jan 04 2021

Another great purchase from Wayfair. I tell everyone about Wayfair's products and service. Customer service, rarely contacted, has always exceeded my expectations!. Peggy. Round Rock, TX. Wed Aug 14 2024

So unhappy with this. We are doing renovations in our kitchen and haven’t opened the box until now. Husband was setting it up (not knowing I had ordered the blue Color) and when I came into the kitchen the stool was black. Looked back and my emails and noticed it said returns are valid from 7 days of receipt. I spent $500 on this stool for the fact that it was blue. I would not have bought this if it was going to be black in Color. Will never order from Wayfair again!. Nicole. Medicine Hat, AB. Tue Nov 08 2022
