So far seems like decent quality. The head/neck rest is comfortable. The seat is comfortable. I'm taking away a star because the reclining leg rest only comes up like 30 degrees, so not much. And the barrel trap filter was made a little cheap. It's supposed to catch hairs and stuff so it doesn't go to the drain line, but the filter is held in there pretty flimsy. I'm not talking about the strainer in the drain hole of the wash basin. I'm talking about the components that sit inside the chair and connect to the actual drain system.. Tania. Connecticut. The sinks themselves are beautiful and comfortable! My issue is my salon is designed for sinks to lay flush against the wall. These sinks however can’t do that as the sink basin extends further out then the base. So if I push this against the wall the tilting feature of the sink won’t work. So I have to have my handyman construct something to fill this 6inch gap between sink and wall. I’m not sure what the “normal” plumbing should be as I’m not a plumber, however when trying to hook what came with sink onto the water lines they were not the correct fittings and I had to purchase to water lines and pieces to secure the drain pipe. Also there is no way to secure the front end of the chair to the floor to prevent the seat portion from sliding around or moving. If there was a way to bolt it to the floor that would have been a lot more secure. All in all though I would give the sinks 4 stars. Now if I’m giving customer service a review for shipping I would give 1 star! I had an issue with the shipping address and tried to make a change immediately after placing my order and I got sent in circles only for it not to be fixed luckily. In the end I was able to get the sinks but with massive hassle and stress! Wayfair nor fedex were any help at all. So I probably won’t make anymore purchases from Wayfair. Shaleena. Saltsburg Pa. This lightweight, portable shampoo basin is constructed of durable ABS composite with a rolled edge for both strength and client comfort. The bowl has a large capacity, and measures 20" front to back, 19" across and 9-1/2" deep. It connects to the base with a sturdy steel bracket. The pedestal has a 1-1/2" diameter, chrome metal riser with five legs that form a 22" diameter base. Composite feet/bumpers are included on the bottom of the stand to protect floors from marks. The sink can be permanently installed in a salon, or can be carried to a client's home for portable use (supply your own water source such as a water pitcher or hose, and basin may be drained into a bucket). A rubber plug stopper is included that fits the drain opening at the bottom of the basin, and a flexible, ribbed drain hose (60" long x 1-1/4" diameter) connects to the underside of the basin. Sink is adjustable to accommodate reclining or standard chairs. It tilts front or back and can be raised or lowered from 39" to 55" (measured from floor to top of basin when level). The neck rest dips to as low as 33" from the floor when titled, so this unit can be used with just about any chair. Includes basin with stand (minor assembly required), drain hose, drain hose clamp and instructions.

The shampoo bowl comes with all necessary hardware including water lines, a sprayer, a hair trap basket, and a drain hose. This hair washing station is a perfect way to hide the plumbing under the bowl making your salon look clean and professional.
