Ok I thought the chair wasn’t working. However after taking it back a loose I realized it was my error. I was tired after putting together the salon station by that point. The chair is great. Also, you need to pay close attention to how you put the hydraulic lift in because it doesn’t tell you in the directions how to install The hydraulic kick. After many attempts and using it with my hand to pump the hydraulic up, which is the only way to push the seat up so it gives you the 360 swivel otherwise it will not turn and you have to pull up on the kick to have the seat go down Nowhere in their directions. Chair is too bad, springs are loose, when we are trying to put legs straight suddenly falling down, and that sounds it’s horrible. We are scared of that when suddenly falls. These are really sharp looking. I like that the rubber is on the bottom of chair and not ring around edge.
