The chair is beautiful, it was also a PAIN to assemble. Some holes where not aligned and even backwards which made it such a pain to assemble even with professional help. Another issue is the side lever seems to be defective I pull back and the chair reclines, I pull forward and the chair reclines I leave it alone and the chair reclines by itself if the client pushes back just a bit. There doesn't seem to be a lock in place position.. so long story short, if the client starts leaning back, rhe chair starts to recline by itself. Beautiful comfy chair, but it does have issues.
