Ordered two of these chairs for my salon. Every client has raved about how comfortable it is. Zero strain on their neck or back. The unit is a comfortable height for me (5"4) to wash my clients without having to hunch over. However I will say the only downfall to this is it is a little tall for clients to sit into without first using the stool. Overall I am VERY happy with this purchase. Assembly was easy for the first one, the second chair came with one incorrect part however customer service was easy to work with and immediately sent a replacement at no extra cost to me.. Amber. The chair is nice, smaller then I thought even seeing the measurements. pretty easy to put together (all screws are already in the chair, you just have to unscrew most first then assemble part by part). Only issue is the base of the chair wont go all the way down on the pump but once it does Im sure it will stop the lil wobble it does.
