So far seems like decent quality. The head/neck rest is comfortable. The seat is comfortable. I'm taking away a star because the reclining leg rest only comes up like 30 degrees, so not much. And the barrel trap filter was made a little cheap. It's supposed to catch hairs and stuff so it doesn't go to the drain line, but the filter is held in there pretty flimsy. I'm not talking about the strainer in the drain hole of the wash basin. I'm talking about the components that sit inside the chair and connect to the actual drain system.. Tania. Connecticut. Not high quality plumbing tubes and sink is plastic. It seems a very high price point for a plastic sink. I won't know how it holds up until I've been washing hair in it for awhile.
