East Bay Solid Wood and Upholstered Storage Sleigh Bed

Bed came very damaged. See attached photos. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed. It’s not like we bought a T-shirt that you can easily return. This bed weighs a ton and it’s not easy to return. We bought a new bed, we paid for a new item not a damaged one and it wasn’t cheap either! I will be calling customer service for a refund and the company will have to come pick it up themselves. It’s not my problem that they sent me a damaged item. I will never buy anything from Wayfair. UPDATE Wayfair made it right sent me a replacement bed. Though the experience was unpleasant I’m happy that the company stands behind their products and reputation.

my bed was not set properly parts were left off ( leg ) will the frame collapse because of this? I've already reported but have not gotten a response to fix!

The bed looks awesome & worth the money but the reason for the 3 stars is I received a damaged side rail & footboard so unfortunately I can't submit pics. I receive a second footboard that the color was still off, so I'm currently waiting for my third replacement.

This is a nice bedroom set. Very sturdy and solid. Only issue we had was on the front bottom piece they didn’t stain well. Wayfair gave us a discount as we didn’t want the hassle to return everything. I bought a stain pen that matched up and it isn’t even noticeable.
