I ordered the pellet stove on October 16 2023. I was told the pellet stove would be delivered between Oct 21-27. After 3 weeks of waiting for my package it was finally delivered on November 11. Customer service was respectful and tried to help but they weren't sure the package kept getting delayed in NC, when it got to Enfield, the package kept "missing the truck" when I tried to cancel the order they wanted to charge me $140. Needless to say, horrible experience

Excellent for the corner space

Love this stove, heats up my entire 1100 sq ft colonial house! Easy to maintain and easy to operate. I love that I can schedule it to start in the mornings without having to get out of bed and my house stays warm. I’ve saved money on electricity and oil with this bad boy.
