I ordered this and when it arrived it did not exactly look as what was described. This is a Faux Ivy garland strand about 32" in length. The Ivy is attached to a bendable wire that looks like a bendable stick similar to those you use in a terrarium for a lizard to climb. I could not find anything on this bendable ivy that is a sleeve for cables. You can wrap the ivy around a cable where it bends to hide it, but I would not wrap it anywhere near the plug of a cable for safety reasons. This appears more to me like a garland that can wrap around a banister or a column as a decoration and you may need several pieces to make the design you set out for.. Dawnmarie E. VA.
