To achieve this look in the window the lights were strung back and forth 4 times. It’s pretty long. I like that the icicles are long too. There is no remote, but to change the lights you must go to where it’s plugged in at the outlet- there’s a MODES button. So, still need to turn on and off at the outlet. I do enjoy these lights though I just leave them on. It’s very nice that when they are turned off during the day and turned on when it’s dark, they turn back in at whatever MODE it was set at when it’s turned off.
