These rugs are really nice. They look just like the photos. They're decently thick, and I think they'll work well in or kids play area. They did need a little flattening out when we unrolled them. I took off a star because there is some kind of sticky residue on the rugs that comes off on hands/feet/whatever is on the rug. They also have a slight chemical smell and feel a little crispy. We're going to steam clean them, which I think should take care of these problems. Update (1/9/20) - We never got around to steam cleaning these rugs, but whatever residue and smell was on them is gone, and we are very much enjoying our rugs!. Laura. St. Petersburg, FL.
