I recently bought two rugs for the upstairs bedrooms. This rug was for the larger of two rooms. While the other rug had a more contemporary splash of color, this rug was meant to be more classic and subdued. The angular design on this oriental rug was meant to contrast the chaotic abstraction of the other and it worksfits in perfectly. I was surprised at how soft this rug was compared to the other. The muted teal, beige, and cream give this rug the ability to encompass several color palettes.
