I called to place my order. The representative was very helpful in our discussion about this and similar products as well as the delivery. I needed a different delivery date, she advised me on how to handle; and it worked perfectly. Putting the tables together did take several hours with two of us. We recommend at least two to put them together. We did read the instructions beforehand but did find a couple tasks that we did have to go back to. We recommend that when attaching the lift arm, to cover the opening to the base (taped piece of paper does the trick). This avoids any issue of losing a screw into the opening.
