The first shipment main package was so damaged it didnt make it to my house. Wayfair customer service placed a replacement order, which took another month to reach me. I received the second order last week. When I opened the main package, one of the pieces was snapped in half. I reached out to Wayfair customer service again, and an escalated ticket was submitted.
