I wanted away from bottled water and feel safe about drinking water at all. This system has delivered. It took a while for me to get used to the taste. I was used to the purified bottled water, and this tastes more like spring water to me. But determined to do this for myself, I hung with it. What I did not expect was the difference I have had in my life already. My skin seems more hydrated. I have in the past had an upset stomach from drinking water and this has not happened at all. I think it is softer and free of things not so good for the body. I did find after a week or so of use it started to leak. I was devasted. Then I turned the spout around and it stopped. The washers need to settle in I guess. I have mine set on the counter. I never did enjoy cold water. It gets used a lot. A major difference in my coffee. No bitter after taste. I drink rich dark coffee black. Smooth. My body is more hydrated. That is worth it alone! I approve and just may be sending out as gifts. I think everyone should have this system.. Kathie.
