Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Fri Sep 25 2026

This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.. This hot tub has ergonomically designed seats, and 46 massage jets. The spacious corner space with neck and shoulder massage will be a favorite for everyone.

This is our first spa! We love it. We’ve been in several family owned ones and I have to say this was easy from start to finish. I do recommend getting a hot tub sled to move the spa from driveway to where you’re placing it. The hardest part was getting it lifted to the gazebo- but it was packaged very well and there was no marks or cracks! Set up was very easy once the electrician came and hooked it up. It’s a small button panel so it’s easy to figure out. The sound system works great “my music” code 2288 for this model btw (had to google that) The jest are great, with multiple ways to make some stronger ! I’ve had all 6 seats taken up at once and no complaints from anyone.. Julie. Carlisle, PA. Mon Oct 12 2026
