This trash can is exactly what we needed. It’s small and fits perfectly in the space we wanted to put it. It looks nice and doesn’t stick out and detract from the rest of our kitchen. This is my first hands free/foot free opening trash can. It opens quickly and the lid does not slam against the cabinet/wall behind it, it also closes quickly. It came in with a small dent in the bottom side of can and my husband tapped it out with a cloth and rubber mallet because we thought it was small enough and Wayfair had definitely taken the precautions for that not to happen with the way it was packaged so it may have happened again if we shipped it back.
