Ornate beauty. An elegant solid-wood stand with brass claw feet and antique brass-plated meridian enhances the rich antique ocean of this classic 16' diameter raised-relief globe. Truly a beautiful furniture accessory.

A little difficult to screw legs into place until you get used the hang of it but I love this globe. Handsome design, beautiful wood finish, and accurate points on map. I would recomend this one to anyone who wants to get a beautiful globe that is functional. Well worth the price too.. Anonymous. Sat Apr 30 2022

This globe stand is an authentic reproduction. It is an unidentified concept for one of the Prairie Homes that is designed in the early 1900s. The only marking on the drawing is in his handwriting and says, ''Something like this.'' The proportions, and interpretation, of the drawing were calculated based on the scale of other drawings from this time period.

Excellent quality and presentation. Highly recommended to pick up any room!. Christopher. Jacksonville, FL. Wed Jul 27 2022
