Placed my order on a Thursday; FedEx delivered it on the following Tuesday. It came in two boxes, one for the back, one for the base/seat. The back has two channels that mate with two channels on the base. They slide together for very easy assembly. The chair is sturdy and well made of steel and micro-laminated wood. The micro-fiber fabric is good and heavy. The chair is comfortable, nice and big, easy to operate. It's a delight to watch NetFlix in this chair.
