Do you have vertical sliding wood windows with loose-fitting, worn or missing locks? Besides adding a “new look” to your windows with a fresh set of locking hardware, these sash locks can help add peace of mind by restoring the security features on vertical sliding windows. These locks mount on wooden single-hung and double-hung vertical sliding windows. Each lock features a cam-type mechanism that is designed to draw the keeper in firmly towards the lock, providing your windows with tighter seals, better weatherizing, and increased security. They are constructed of stamped steel lock bases and keepers and feature diecast zinc levers. Each come in a corrosion-resistant, industry standard finish to match other existing hardware that may already be in the home. Depending on the size of the sash, these locks can be used as singles or in pairs. Each set includes one lock and keeper, installation fasteners and simple instructions. Installation of these sash locks is easy and can be done with a simple handheld Phillips head screwdriver. Other design features include a low-profile keeper, cam-action fastening, 1-3/4 inch mounting hole centers on the lock, and 1-1/2 hole centers on the keeper. These sash locks are for use on older vertical sliding wood windows where the checkrails (also known as “meeting rails”) of both the inner and outer sash rest flush. Compare the style and dimensions of this lock to those required on your sliding windows and order yours today.

These 1/4 inch by 9/16 inch plastic screen frame corners are designed for repairing or constructing aluminum window screen panels using square cut frame ends. They fit standard 1/4 x 9/16 inch aluminum screen frame material and slide securely into the open ends of the frame to create a strong ninety degree corner. The square cut design eliminates the need for miter cutting, making screen repair and replacement simpler and more accessible for homeowners and DIY users across the United States. Made from durable white molded plastic, these screen frame corners provide a lightweight and cost effective solution for replacing broken or brittle corners on existing window screens or for building new screens from raw frame stock. The exposed corner design allows a portion of the corner to extend beyond the frame end, which is typical for square cut screen assemblies and helps maintain proper frame alignment. Installation is quick and does not require tools, fasteners, or adhesives, making it ideal for routine maintenance, seasonal screen repairs, rental property upkeep, or large home projects. Each package includes 20 screen frame corners to support multiple repairs or full screen builds, offering excellent value for homeowners and professionals alike. These corners are intended for standard residential window screen applications and are commonly used in houses, apartments, and multi unit dwellings. Always compare your existing aluminum screen frame dimensions to the line drawing before purchasing to ensure proper fit and compatibility.
