Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. The outcome of the shed was ideal. Fortunately, all of the pieces were there. The instructions were the worst part of the entire installment. They give you a general step by step, but it could definitely use more detail. It took my husband and I 4 hours to assemble this.
