The color and texture of this table are quite nice and exactly what I was looking for. It has a decent finish that looks great in the room. However, there are a couple of downsides. First, the table is much lighter than I expected. While this makes it very easy to move around, it doesn't feel as sturdy or heavy-duty as I had hoped. More importantly, the table arrived with a few visible scratches right out of the box. This piece is crafted from natural solid wood. Color and texture in wood will vary and natural holes and subtle openings add unique character to your piece. Wood "breathes" and it is normal for cracks to present themselves over time. This is not considered a defect.

I want to give this table five stars becasue it is super cool looking and solid in appearance, but when I took delivery of the table, there was a crack in the concrete base - despite the fact that it was shipped in a crate. I had the table stored at a receiver for more than 90 days, before I had it delivered to the client, so I had no recourse with Wayfair, and the table for sure won't break, but it's a shame it happened at all to suck a beautiful piece of furniture.
