Both my cats are excavators, and the male is also a high peer (as in, he pees really high), so it's either a big pile of litter at the entrance or urine coming out of the seams, or both. I'm on my fourth litter box in the less than ten months I have been living in this apartment. I found this one after much research, and so far so good. The entrance is high enough that not a lot of litter gets dragged out, yet low enough so my fat female tripod can manage it without effort. And there are no seams for urine to come out. Perfect solution for our sweet cat who is a champion litter kickermess maker. It was easy to put together and big enough to fit the large top entry litterbox that our cat prefers. We have 3 litterboxes- Princess Ellie likes to have options- I originally ordered one to see if it would work for our situation, it works great so I just ordered a second enclosure. The quality is much better than I expected and it is very light. It is quite large, perfect for what we need, but if you might not need such a huge enclosure if your cat uses a regular litterbox. It isn’t meant to look like furniture and it does not, but it is fairly unobtrusive and not an eye sore. There are two pieces the mat and the enclosure itself.
