Very comfortable with the curved seat. No need for a cushion. Assemnly was straight forward but needed some muscle to get the screws all the way in and the bolts tightened down. Rocks smoothly and is more spacious than I thought it would be as far as seat width. The back height is appreciated, too. Even my picky husband is pleased with the look and quality.
