The image makes the rug look deeply contrasted with various shades of colors, but it's more faded than that. Colors are softer and blended, not vibrant and rich like the image leads you to believe. Also, the material is quite soft, which was a surprise since I was expecting a more traditional "wool rug" feel. The quality just isn't up to what I'd hoped for.
