The quality of this plate is quite good. Just be sure the sizing will work for you. My plates were a bit smaller than I hoped but true to the dimensions noted. Plates are suitable for food service applications (e.g., where sanitizers and the like are used so should be durable). We used these plates today during an actual service and no one had any problem fitting their desserts on them; some just had to go back for seconds and that is fine. We did run the plates through full wash and and a commercial sanitizer and they were great. I very happy with this purchase after putting them into actual use.. Anonymous. Sat Mar 16 2024
