We bought these chairs in May, less than 6 months ago and they are absolutely horrible. My husband has continuously had to tighten the bolts which really doesn't say much for the make of the chair. Anyways, the final straw was when we had company over for dinner and the chair just broke, fell to the ground, slamming the person sitting in the chair to the ground. Needless to say, I am waiting to see if any kind of law suits are going to be filed against us. Either way, I would like a full refund and or replacement chairs (not the same ones, for obvious reasons). I want a better brand\quality chair.
