So far so good I feel that the material looks and feels expensive! There was no mention that the Ottoman had storage, but it does so I was so pleasantly surprised. Yes the couch is firm, but not in a way that I feel is uncomfortable or hard. I am hoping that it will get more soft as time goes on which naturally should happen with these types of cushions. For now maybe everyday I will take some time to step on the cushions to help try to fluff them and soften the stuffing ) but I am extremely satisfied this couch looks and feels expensive.. Autumn. I like this couch a lot, but I do not think I would purchase again. Maybe it’s the style, but it doesn’t stay together well, we’re always having to adjust it back together. The back of the couch is short. It’s sturdy but it’s not the most comfortable couch I’ve had. Other than that I’m happy with it, especially the price I paid. I love the double ottomans.. Lauren.
