Wayfair had my issue resolved very quickly and sent out a replacement upon receipt of the defective product being shipped back to them via Fed Ex. Got the replacement 2 days later! I love the drinking faucet especially since it’s a match to my main faucet. The brushed gold was beautiful. We did experience an issue in the first shipment.
