Just installed 24 of these. Beautiful, modern design. Heavy cast brass. Installs quickly and easily. It looks like anything that could go wrong are all in a nice box under the sink. I went with batteries. Glad I did. Everything looks to be very well built. Moen sells other faucets that say they are commercial, that are no better than their residential. But they are coming out with a lot of really nice, commercial stuff too. Just in the last few months, I have purchased a dozen Lab Faucets. Several Flushometers. Excellent, by the way. And these 24 Sensor Faucets. My dad was a plumber. I owned my own business for 23 years. I am a plumber for a State College now. These are the nicest faucets and flushometers I have ever installed..
