Shipping was super fast: less than the 2-day prediction! The item was packaged incredibly well inside the box; I spent more time unwrapping the protective padding than actually putting this chair together! I bought two of these and turned them into a loveseat on a very narrow deck. The quality seems very good, and the cushions are extremely comfortable. Putting this chair together took about 10 minutes (I worked alone), and all tools and directions were included. The only thing that would make this chair more perfect is a protective storage bag to put the cushions in when not in use. The cushions should be fine outdoors, but I want to keep them looking new for as long as possible, and I fear that pollen or dirt could stain them since the grey is a light color.
