Each chair can accommodate up to 286 lbs. Full assembly is required, and all tools are included.

The chairs are nice and sturdy. A little difficult to put together if you do not a line the screws on the side of the chair first. Then screw the back to the seat next. As for the color of the chairs they are more dark brown then just brown. With black strips to make the color more darker. Which works great because my table is light brown.
