It does a pretty good job. Things to know 1 it does smoke up the house a little. I use it under my exhaust fan. 2 do not over load the wood. To much smoke is nasty. Use at half full until you are sure how much you want on specific foods. Adjust as you get used to the smoker. 3 its not an outdoor smoker and doesn't perform like one but does a fair job. Anonymous.
