To start, I was really excited about this product! It gets 4 stars because it’s not exactly what I expected. The cup comes with no instructions but is a fairly large size so good for a lot of product. Secondly it took a LONG time to heat up, I really look forward to my chai in the am, and it never really got a good froth. It warmed nicely but my tea mix stuck to the bottom also. Other products I’ve used to froth I can add both milkchai tea and froth together. All in all I will use it again but will try another setting on my stove to see if it helps. Item has been backordered so I just received while on vacation; therefore, I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Appears to be well constructed, has good weight to it for cooking, and stylish design. I thought it had a lid (had looked at several before buying), but due to size can improvise with a lid from my cookware. As another reviewer mentioned, it did not come with instructions as to whether it requires being seasoned or how to do so. Will update once we actually prepare a meal.. Julie. Crestwood, KY.
