Absolutely awful experience both with product and chat trying to resolve my issue!! Candles were not only extremely overpriced...they had NO TIMER despite saying they did in description. And chat was beyond frustrating...NEVER AGAIN!!. Lorilynn. US. Fri Feb 28 2025
