In some cases, the bedCLAW Heavy-Duty Mattress Retainer Bracket is used by hotels to add additional brackets to bed frames or bases to hold the mattress securely in place. The bedCLAW Heavy-Duty Mattress Retainer Bracket may be adjusted to the width of the mattress or foundation unit being supported by loosening the included bolt and wing nut and sliding the Mattress Retainer Bracket along the length of the internal 1/4" slot through which the bolt is inserted. Please note, that if your bed frame does not have holes in the center of the rails for attaching, you will need to drill holes in your frame to facilitate installation.
