All of the metal parts are excellent. The machine screws are precise and fit well into the holes no problem. The plastic parts are infuriatingly, cheap, and stupid. I put this together by myself in a little over two hours. You will need a mallet to put those tiny little plastic hateful things into each hole. The directions were acceptable. There are two different hardware packs. One is for the bed and one is for the trundle. Make sure you familiarize yourself with that fact because they are not labeled you just have to look at the directions with the visual and put the labels on it yourself so you don’t mix them up.. The daybed with a pop-up trundle features clean lines, attractive angles, and plenty of classic styles. Crafted from kiln-dried wood, it comes in a sleek finish that blends rustic and traditional together for a standout look we love. The pop-up easily stores under the bed and wheels out and up when needed. It can also combine with the daybed, transforming this piece from two twin beds to a king. A series of slats eliminate the need for a box spring, so all you need to get are two mattresses (sold separately).
