This pie dish is absolutely gorgeous. The Peche color is stunning. The pan itself is excellent quality. Feels substantial in my hands. Can't wait to make a pie in it. It's nice and deep as well - so I can make those deep dish berry pies.. Heidi. US. Sat May 09 2026

A 9" pie pan is an essential piece in every baker's kitchen. Unmatched in both function and durability, this pie pan features a generous lifiting lip that enhances a baker's ability to craft a decorative pie crust border. Made of natural aluminum for even heating and browning. No wonder this design is preferred by pastry chefs around the world.

Bought four of these suckers because I hate baking with glass or ceramic pie pans. Love these! Nice and sturdy, not flimsy at all!!. Alberta. Jefferson, OH. Tue Jun 09 2026

Legend has it that this beloved dessert originated in the kitchen of the Tatin sisters, who operated a hotel in the French town of Lamotte-Beuvron. While making a pie for guests, one sister mistakenly placed the prepared apples in the dish first. She decided to lay the pastry crust on top, and turn it out after it finished baking. The result was unusual but delicious, and it became the signature dish of hotel Tatin. Named for this famous French upside-down apple tart, the enameled cast iron tart Tatin is a capable alternative for a variety of recipes like pizza and quiche when used in place of a conventional pie dish.

These pieces will be passed down to my children.. Patricia. Ohio. Mon Jul 20 2026
