Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Fluted Pie Dish, 9 In. - Blue Riviera

The Heritage Fluted Pie Dish is designed for both performance and beauty, and creates brilliantly baked sweet and savory pies, quiches, potpies, casseroles and more. Crafted from premium stoneware, the exceptionally even heat distribution produces uniform golden-brown flaky crusts and perfectly baked fillings, while the angled side walls make it easy to serve neat slices. It’s finished with a lovely, scalloped edge for an elegant presentation from oven to table, and a colorfully vibrant glaze that is scratch-resistant and virtually nonstick for easy cleanup.
