All parts and screws were intact, holes were pre-drilled, and the directions were understandable - though sometimes I needed to study them for a minute. Note that you have the option to put the desk control on the right or the left I wish I had realized that slightly earlier as our outlet is on the left so the left placement makes more sense.The desk looks great and is really sturdy..
