This play set is absolutely massive(literally delivered on a semi) and I honestly wish I would have just paid for install. Lol Its taken us forever to get it complete and we still have a little left. We did have an issue with a missing box of wood but wayfair customer service was incredible. Ive never had better customer service and its now made me a lifelong customer. They went above and beyond helping to fix the issues we had and make it right. Ive never had a company of this size that someone answers to help immediately and you not be pushed to 10 different people or waiting forever. Very impressed with them and the playset. It feels sturdy and well thought out. Lots of levels of play and I like we can change out the swings as wanted with different ones.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 08 2026
