After installation, six of the nine of the lights weren't working. I called the manufacturer for support. They explained that the lights are on loop, much like Christmas lights. If you unscrew the end, unplug the bulb (starting with the one closest to those that are out), then put it back, and continue this process with each of the bulbs, you can get it working.
